In Testing

As someone who prefers much faster runs, I find the Launch GTS 10 enjoyable and comfortable, the cushioning does not weigh me down at all. I slightly overpronate and find that the shoes does not cause any discomfort under my arches or knees, overall making my runs much smoother.

Great option if you're after a shoe to use in the gym – the shoes feel grounded as there is minimal cushioning, with a secured fit overall.

Verdict

I love the new upgrade on the GuideRails support. On several of my runs, I was able to work on speed intervals without any issues, in fact the lightness of the shoes in relation to the support worked very well for me. On longer runs, I would have liked something softer to cushion my landing.

In conclusion, I would recommend this shoe for someone who is looking for a shoe that's got the ability to withstand speedwork, without losing the arch support. Great for shorter distances in my experience. If you are also looking for something to use for the gym and at a cheaper price point, this is a perfect shoe for you.
