Praise for Run and Become

I have been buying trainers here for almost 20 years and could not recommend them more. The customer service is ultra-exceptional. Without this shop I would just be guessing which shoes were right for me, but the staff here give you a gait analysis in every pair you try on to see whether they work for you. They provide lots of options, and never rush you or persuade you to buy a pair you don't want. You may find trainers cheaper online but here you know you are getting the right ones for you. They also have a good range of accessories in the shop, and their new location is lovely with a great lit section outside for trying out the shoes. The boxes to keep your belongings in is a thoughtful touch.

I went and had a gait analysis and shoe appointment there this morning, and it was brilliant. I had Michelle helping me out, and she was amazing, very patient and helpful, and found me a perfect pair of running shoes. Would highly recommend :)

Such a brilliant running shop! The staff are so helpful and patient, they brought me so many different pairs of shoes to try on. There's a quiet covered walkway outside to try running with the shoes on and they gave loads of good advice on the type of shoes that would work best for me.
