Once ordered my shoes arrived within 2 days even though I was expecting a 5 day turnaround. I usually go directly to the store in Victoria but since I knew the make and model of my running shoes, I decided to try ordering directly from them. The service was brilliant.

Staff incredibly knowledgable and friendly. They can get busy so be prepared to be patient and wait. Especially if you are looking for a gait analysis etc, but it's well worth it. The best support you can get when looking for your next running shoe.

Fantastic service. The member of staff spent nearly an hour with me made sure I left with a pair of trainers and socks I was happy with. In comparison to other running stores, they don't charge for gait analysis and use running on the street rather than on a treadmill. Always worth a trip to London for!

Great personalised service, they really take their time, listen, and help you find exactly what you want. I managed to try on about 10 different pairs in total, each with a run outside to check how they feel, and found the perfect ones for me.
