It was an amazing experience. They took the time to understand my needs and didn’t try to push the most expensive option on me. Maria helped me with my gait analysis, and she was absolutely lovely! The gait analysis is free of charge too and they make you run for real and not just on a treadmill. 100% recommended.

Very nice experience buying my running shoes in person at this shop. I was helped by a very kind and knowledgeable sales person who fetched me lots of different shoes to try and didn't make me feel awkward for not really being much of a 'runner'. They have lots of clothes and accessories too and an interesting vibe and back story.

I have been purchasing my running shoes from Run and Become for circa thirty years. I visited their fab new store in Victoria just last week to be served by Michelle. She was just so incredibly nice, helpful and made my visit to replace my running shoes a very pleasant and simple experience. I was so happy with the way she dealt with my enquiry that I’ll be returning later this week accompanied by my daughter, whom I’m going to treat to her first pair of dedicated running shoes.
