Delivery Terms & Conditions
Our planet is precious, so we take our impact on it seriously. That’s why your online orders will be delivered in oxo-biodegradable or compostable bags, which will decompose within 3-24 months and therefore are not suitable for recycling. Large packages may be delivered in cardboard boxes.
We appreciate how important it is to get your order to you as soon as possible, so we offer a range of Standard and Express options through Royal Mail and DHL. We also offer free in-store collection – please see Click & Collect below.

Dispatched via DHL Express, delivery before 8pm on the next working day. Weekday delivery only, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the following working day.
A tracking email is sent on the day of dispatch along with text notification.
Next Working Day refers to the next working day – Bank Holidays add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times. Next Working Day excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday deliveries.
Some remote areas may not receive delivery the next working day. Please contact us if you are concerned your area may not be covered by DHL next day.
Next Working Day customers can choose how to receive their deliveries. Options include:
We offer in-store collection at our London store. Your order is available same / next day. You'll receive an email confirming your order, and another once it's ready to collect.
Collection will be available from the moment you receive your 'Ready for Collection' email.
Orders can be collected any time during the store’s opening hours. From the date your order is ready to collect we will hold your items for 10 days, after which we’ll return them to stock and refund your account.
Please note, in order to collect your order you'll need to bring with you one of the following forms of ID:
You may appoint someone else to collect your order. To safeguard you from fraud, the person must present your order number, YOUR ID (see above list, copy/photo of front and back is acceptable), plus one of the following as their own ID:
If you can't provide the required forms of ID, unfortunately your order will not be released.
The majority of our International orders will be delivered via DHL Express or Royal Mail. Please select your preferred available service at checkout, where you will see delivery costs and get an estimated time of arrival.
Most Express Courier (DHL) orders will arrive within 3 business days. Most Tracked Standard (Royal Mail) delivery will arrive in 6-12 business days. Tracked Standard delivery is not available to all countries.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Most Express Courier orders will be £10 - £20. Most Tracked Standard orders will be £6 - £10.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is packed and is ready to ship, which typically takes about 24-48 business hours from the time you placed your order.
Whilst we will endeavour to meet the standards above, as delivery is carried out by third-party organisations we cannot guarantee the delivery times. We cannot offer postage refunds for delayed items.
We offer international TAX-FREE shopping. All prices will reflect this once you select your destination country in the top right hand menu.
All Duties and Taxes will be calculated at checkout to ensure there are no extra fees at the time of delivery.
To change your order or edit the deliver address, please contact us. Changes are only possible up until the time of dispatch when you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
To cancel you order please contact us. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Click and Collect orders may be cancelled up to 10 days after the order is placed as long as they have not been collected.
Next Working Day and International Express orders can be tracked and email notification will be sent with regards to how this can be done. All other orders can also be tracked, please email us your order number for your tracking number.
From October 2022, if there is no recipient in to accept your parcel, Royal Mail may choose to deliver it to a Safeplace location at the address, if they deem the location to be suitable (even if you have not told Royal Mail of your chosen Safeplace). In these cases, they will also leave a “Something For You” card explaining where the parcel is located. If they are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, they will return your parcel to the local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a “Something For You” card at the address.
DHL will send you an email before delivering, informing you when the parcel is out for delivery. This email will give you the option to set up a Safeplace in the event that there is no recipient to accept the parcel.

Currently, goods sent from a business in the UK to a residential address in Russia will be rejected by Russian customs. We can deliver, via DHL, to any business address in Russia but no residential addresses.
Goods sent from a business in the UK to China will be rejected by Chinese customs if the value is over £100. Therefore we can only accept orders up to £100 in value (excluding postage charges). If you wish to order more items we encourage you to place separate orders.
In accordance with the Brooks distribution policy we are not permitted to sell Brooks products outside of their “Reserved Territory” which comprises the United Kingdom of Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland. Any orders for Brooks products with a delivery address outside of these areas will be cancelled and all payments refunded.
Our Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you may return your order within 28 days for an exchange or refund. Returns outside the 28 day window may be accepted at our discretion.
We are unable to accept any food, drinks or underwear for exchange or refund. All returns should be sent back in their original packaging, along with tags and any other printed information. Please do not tape or mark the product packaging. Returns must be in new condition, unworn and unlaundered. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 4 days of receipt. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you live close to one of our branches you may return in person. Our staff will pass on your return to our online sales team for processing. Exchanges will be managed in-store.
Please complete the returns form that came with your order (or email us if you can’t find it), affix the Free Returns Royal Mail label to your parcel and drop off at any Post Office. Exchanges will be sent out at no additional charge by Royal Mail 2nd class. We advise you to keep a note of the tracking number.
You can choose to return via post/courier of your choosing, please enclose the returns slip, quoting your order number.
Alternatively, you can return via DHL by logging into https://web.global-e.com/Returns/portal and follow on-screen instructions to generate the return. This is not a free service; the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund of goods returned.
We do not offer exchanges for international orders, please place a new order if you need a different size.
To enable our customers to shop with confidence this Christmas, we have extended our returns policy on all orders placed from 1st November. You may return any purchases up until Saturday 9th January 2021*. This policy applies to all online and in-store purchases.
* Goods excluded from this policy: Sale items, Nutrition and Underwear.
Goods purchased at any of our retail shops may be returned for exchange or credit voucher within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Goods purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned for exchange or credit voucher, unless faulty. We are unable to accept returns on any food or drinks. Refunds will not be given for goods merely unwanted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have in your possession faulty goods, please return them as soon as possible after discovering the defect and fill in this form. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. If after the investigation we discover that the product was defective, Run and Become will proceed to replace, repair, or refund you for the product.

If you opt-in to receive our marketing emails we will send you a weekly email keeping you up to date with latest running products, advice on how to keep running better, invitations to our special events and training sessions.
In order to receive emails from us, you only need to provide us with your email address. In future we may tailor emails and online advertising based on your location, what you’ve shown an interest in or buy from us.

In-store you can ask a team member to update your preferences. However, should you wish for your details to be removed from our system completely you will need to contact our customer services using the contact details at the bottom of this policy.
At any time you may request your personal information be edited or even deleted. You may also request that we stop processing your information as laid out in this policy.
