Higher price end, but justifiable

In Testing

It proved highly effective during my long runs in the increasingly cold weather – both in terms of keeping me dry and comfortable. The new and improved use of Nylon in this 5th generation Kamleika jacket meant that the waterproof and windproof technology did not feel overpowering or heavy.

It worked similarly in both city streets and countryside hills, with the reflective detailing allowing freedom of movement without worries of visibility. The pockets on either side are a great size, and easily managed to keep my phone and keys safe!

Verdict

The newest season of the OMM Kamleika jacket lives up to expectations, being the most lightweight and simultaneously most breathable waterproof jacket yet. The price aptly reflects the extensive features. They combine to create a warm and comfortable fit throughout year-long, unpredictable weather – in any city or on any mountain.
