Initially, to get the bra on the first time was a bit difficult, but once you get used to the fit it becomes a lot easier. I have tried it during my HIIT training and cardio sessions in the gym, and the support is astonishingly good. The compression helps provide a stable and secure fit. As a result, there is zero discomfort or distracting movement, unlike with many other pull-on bras I have tried on. Having something feel so secure really helped with the high-impact movements.
