In Testing

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 is a very comfortable all-round shoe. After running in them for 30 minutes, they were still a good fit and I felt supported. I overpronate slightly, and didn't notice any discomfort especially along the arches. The cushioning felt sturdy but was not as responsive as I would have thought, considering the DNA LOFT 3 cushioning upgrade. Still, this was a minor issue for me as I can use them on my long runs.

Verdict

It has become my favourite shoe to wear during my long-distance runs and gym sessions. Those who require a lightweight yet stable everyday running shoe that's great for racking up miles, this is the shoe for you!
