£35 for 30mins / £60 for 1 hour

Our Run and Become in-store Clinic is now closed. For the time being, due to the corona virus situation, we will only continue with online and outdoor clinics.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following the advice provided by the Public Health Authorities. We will resume all our clincs when it is safe to do so and we look forward to seeing you all again, hopefully in the near future!

Please take care of yourselves, stay healthy and enjoy your running.

Shiatsu massage comes from Japan and means finger pressure. Like acupuncture, Shiatsu Massage works on the pressure points and energy pathways, restoring balance and strengthening the flow of the body's energy.

For effective treatment the client lies on a futon, wearing a loose t-shirt and leggings or track suit bottoms. The practitioner applies pressure and uses stretch techniques to bring balance and flexibility.

“I trained with the British School of Shiatsu, Hara School of Shiatsu in London. I have over 20 years experience of working in clinics and health clubs with clients presenting various symptoms including muscle tightness, reduced mobility, shin splints, headaches and other minor ailments and musculoskeletal issues.”
