Shiatsu massage comes from Japan and means finger pressure. Like acupuncture, Shiatsu Massage works on the pressure points and energy pathways, restoring balance and strengthening the flow of the body's energy.

For effective treatment the client lies on a futon, wearing a loose t-shirt and leggings or track suit bottoms. The practitioner applies pressure and uses stretch techniques to bring balance and flexibility.

Jeanette is at our London Run and Become Clinic:
Thursdays, 12pm-4pm

£35 for 30mins / £60 for 1 hour
