If you’re looking to buy speed shoes, for tempo running or racing, you have a few different options. Previously known as Racing Flats or Road Racing Shoes, these are lighter than trainers, and are usually used at running tracks or in long distance road races. They have a lower heel and a more efficient profile than other shoes. Their weight (around 170g to 285g) can significantly contribute to increasing a runner's speed, but it means they provide less support and cushioning, and are thus not recommended for general training. The lighter the shoe, the less cushioning it usually has. Speed shoes are a great option for more serious runners who want to achieve their very best competitively.

Priority First Class Delivery within 3 working days (charge £5).
Next Day Delivery available weekdays on orders placed before 3pm for next working day delivery (charge £7.50).
