In Testing

I was reluctant to try these at first – not initially convinced by the idea of separating each of my toes. This seemed so bizarre and uncomfortable to me. Little did I know how fantastic they'd be during my long hikes!

I went for size small and the no show height, and that fit just right, I learnt you want to avoid any excess material build up in the toes and heels! They offered surpreme comfort during my long hike along the English coast – plenty of rolling and challenging hills to put them to the test. Unsurprised, I had no blisters by the end of day. I'm a huge fan of toe-socks and will try out the trail range during colder months.


Verdict

I challenge you to try these for yourself to really see and feel how wonderful they are – for running, walking or general use. The initial unfamiliar feeling wears away and they become a part of your feet. Injinji socks, to this day are still my favourite socks. They are quirky and come in many designs and thickness – but hey! they work that's the main thing.

The durability is great. Some runners even use the lightweight ones as a base layer for ultra-distance races. They put one more sock on the top to lessen the friction and prevent blisters! Like the Hilly Twin Skin socks.
