The new Tempus to offer you plush comfort while you run. PWRRUN PB is Saucony's premium midsole foam, designed to provide super bouncy cushioning and energy return.
The revolutionary PWRRUN Frame support corrects the excessive inward movement of your foot, to keep your body in a straight alignment. The geometries of Tempus ensure a smooth transition from landing to easy toe-off.
The fit has been refined by deepening the midsole and the heel counter, so your foot sits inside the shoe instead of on top of it.
The Tempus features more recycled plastic than its predecessors, to support the environment. Saucony make sure that all materials used are top quality, to ensure high performance. Not all components could meet these high standards if made completely from recycled materials. However, the upper mesh, tongue textile, strobal board and insole cover are made from 100% recycled plastic.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
