Description
This latest version of Cloudflow features more cushioning than its predecessor, offering you a softer, more comfortable ride. It keeps its speedy feel thanks to the propulsion of the Speedboard® technology. The dual density Helion® superfoam and the CloudTec® midsole provide your feet with softness and responsiveness at the same time, resulting in a smooth and energised midfoot to toe-off transition.
Details
The soft Helion® superfoam is shaped into Clouds units which are integrated within CloudTec® technology in the midsole. When you land the CloudTec® cushioning compresses under your body weight for a soft landing and to absorb impact. The upper layer of the midsole is just a little firmer to help maintain momentum for an effortless midfoot to toe-off transition. Overall On has added more foam to the midsole of this fourth version of Cloudflow, so it feels way softer than its predecessor.
The Speedboard® is placed in between two layers of cushioning in the midsole. It also consists of a denser material - nylon to provide you with a rolling onward drive and that way help you to increase your speed.
The new woven upper is exactly what you expect: lightweight, highly breathable, soft and durable. Engineered for secure, comfy fit but also to provide that fast feel on this excellent trainer.
The updated heel counter has a new soft lining and shape for a comfortable locked-in feel.
The outsole is reinforced with durable, anti-slippery rubber in places of ground contact to increase durability. The channel in the middle is very shallow to prevent stone collection.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
