A high-intensity workout for runners, focusing on functional movement and conditioning, combining a mix of aerobic and resistance training.

Please have a mat and a water bottle on hand. The session will consist of circuits, covering upper body, lower body and core. Marthe, our instructor, will demonstrate alternatives for each of the exercises, to allow all abilities to join. The session will last 45 min including warm-up.

Hi I’m Marthe! I have a background in Sports Science and biomechanics (BSc and MSc) and work as a Tech Rep for On in London. I am also a Personal Trainer and functional movement coach specialising in Olympic Weightlifting and Running (@mhs.performance). My aim is to educate people so that they can take responsibility for their own health and progress toward a better version of themselves, may that be for sports performance, general wellbeing or to recover from injury. I help runners unlock their true potential by delving deeper into their running gait and compliment their running with appropriate strength programmes. I look forward to seeing you at the FIT conditioning class!
