COVID-19 Update

Our bricks-and-mortar stores in London, Edinburgh and Cardiff have opened their doors again.

We've adopted all the necessary measures to make sure our shop is safe for you and our staff, and we look forward to welcoming you across the threshold – with a pump of hand-sanitising gel!

We will follow social distancing in line with government guidelines when serving you. Our team will wear face shields and gloves, observing the 2 metre distance whilst they fit you with running shoes and kit. Our store is sanitised regularly during the day and we will be limiting the number of customers in-store to ensure safe distancing.

On entrance we will request you use our hand sanitising pump. Our changing rooms will remain open but unwanted items that are tried on will not be returned to the shop floor for the next 72 hours. At present we are unable to offer bra fittings but will give you guidance on what to look out for, to get the perfect fit. Changing rooms will be cleaned after each use, as will the seats used by our customers.

We encourage customers to use Apple Pay and Contactless where possible. For the moment we will not be able to accept cash payments.

For those who still need to stay at home we continue to offer our Online Gait Analysis so you can head out for your daily exercise in gear that helps you keep running happily and healthily.

LONDON STORE

The total number of customers permitted in our London store is 6.

When our shop is near capacity we will request that customers shop alone and that any accompanying friends or family make way for other customers to enter.

At this point, we don't find it necessary to take appointments.

EDINBURGH STORE

We can accommodate 2 customers in store.

If you are able to plan your trip to us for shoe fittings we highly recommend making an appointment to limit any waiting times, as well as to ease the numbers of people on the street waiting to enter.

To make an appointment please email us with your name, phone number and your preferred date/time and we will call or mail you back. Or you can also book over the phone:
0131 313 5300

We would ask that customers shop alone with the exception of children that need to be with you.

CARDIFF STORE

The total number of customers permitted in store is 2.

We would ask that customers shop alone with the exception of children that need to be with you.

ONLINE SHOPPING

We can reassure you that our online department is adhering to the advice of Public Health Authorities to keep our customers safe, while making sure you get your gorgeous new running gear on time.

When packing online orders, our staff are washing their hands and sanitising their workplaces frequently. Our delivery partners are monitoring the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.

IN-STORE EVENTS

For the time being we decided to cancel all our store events, in order to protect the health of our customers and staff. However, we are now starting to look into organising online events. Please subscribe to our newsletters or follow us via Instagram or Twitter for the latest updates.

SPORTS CLINIC: LONDON

Our London in-store clinic is now open, while following the Government Guidelines on Covid-19. At the moment, you can book an appointment with one of these two experienced specialists:

SPORTS CLINIC: EDINBURGH & CARDIFF

Our in-store Sports Clinics are now closed. For the time being, due to the corona virus situation, we will only continue with our online clinics. Please check the listings on the Run Better page to see what clinics are still available. We are trying as much as possible to continue offering the best service we can in this unique situation.

THANK YOU

Thank you for your support and online custom over the past 3 months. You have made it possible for our business to continue and we are deeply grateful.

All the best
