Completely reimagined from heel to toe, the women’s Cloudmonster 3 from On introduces a triple-layer CloudTec® system which provides maximum cushioning for exceptional impact protection, combined with a more propulsive Speedboard® for a smoother, more energetic and more dynamic running experience. This excellent neutral road running shoe has a refined knit upper, enhanced rocker geometry for a forward-rolling ride, and an updated tongue construction for a better fit.

Upper:
A completely reworked engineered mesh upper delivers an improved fit, while the upgraded tongue construction provides a more secure lockdown fit for enhanced comfort. The premium knit upper features targeted breathability zones to keep your feet cool. A lace guard adds a refined touch, allowing for a more personalised fit.
Midsole:
The predecessor, Cloudmonster 2, featured a dual-layer CloudTec® system. In the new Cloudmonster 3, On’s designers have added an additional layer of Clouds to the midsole, delivering next-level responsiveness with a triple-layer CloudTec® cushioning system. The result is softer landing and more powerful push-off for an even more dynamic ride. An improved rocker geometry combined with a propulsive Speedboard® ensures a smooth forward motion and an energetic toe-off. In addition, Helion™ foam delivers soft step-in comfort with excellent energy return.
Outersole:
The outsole features durable compressed rubber for optimised traction, keeping you stable and confident on any road surface.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
