The LightCELL™ foam provides soft, responsive cushioning, while the 3D Archrail™ supports a more natural stride and reduces overpronation. The GOFLOW™ midsole geometry supports smooth transitions, and a dual-zone insole offers extra arch and heel support. With its breathable knit upper combined with protection, lightness and subtle stability, this is a shoe for women aiming to run farther, stronger and more efficiently.

Upper:
The lightweight engineered upper provides breathable comfort while maintaining a secure structure to minimise friction. An adjustable lacing system allows for a personalised, locked-in fit.
Midsole:
The LightCELL™, a PEBA-based, nitrogen-infused supercritical foam, is 50% lighter than standard EVA and delivers 45% more energy return, ensuring softer landings and a more powerful toe-off. Revolutionary 3D Archrail™ technology offers a flexible support structure that tapers from the medial to the lateral side of the forefoot to help correct over-pronation and keep your gait aligned. Additionally, GOFLOW™ midsole geometry enhances support and promotes a smooth, uninterrupted stride. A removable Dual-Zone insole provides exceptional step-in comfort and customisable support.
Outersole:
The outsole is designed to deliver reliable road traction and ensure a smooth, stable transition throughout your run.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
