The Mount to Coast P1 is surprisingly soft and lightweight, almost like a cloud. I don’t normally get on with stability shoes since they tend to feel stiff or overbearing, but these felt good right from the start, which gave me confidence to take them out for a short run.
My initial thoughts about 20 minutes into the run, was that the support felt natural and unobtrusive, providing stability without interfering with my gait or overall performance.
Thanks to its support and durability, this shoe also transitions well from running to functional gym workouts on days when I'm not running. I’m glad to have found a stability shoe that truly works for me.
If you’re a long-distance runner looking for a stable shoe to get in some extra miles, the Mount to Coast P1 could be the one for you!
With forefoot-focused support, it offers a stable base to land on and allows for a powerful push-off. This reduces impact, thus helping to prevent injuries.
With scientific studies to back up claims, it does provide a fresh outlook on stability shoes.
