The ProGlide™ midsole has a new generation of foam, designed to offer the perfect balance of ultra-soft cushioning, a smooth ride, and lightweight comfort. Unlike some ultra-cushioned shoes, this still has that feeling of momentum thanks to the aggressive rocker profile. This helps create a naturally propulsive feel that keeps you moving forward efficiently.
Premium materials in the upper precisely hug your foot, for a feeling of comfort and support. The seamless design eliminates friction and it’s also breathable, keeping your feet feeling fresh – or as fresh as possible on a long run! The new Comfort Collar fits your heel confidently.
Super Abrasion Rubber (also called Durabrasion rubber) on the outsole is made from material that provides excellent traction on the roads. It's placed in high-wear zones and shaped in a Podular design, so the shoe remains beautifully flexible, and thus feels smooth to run in.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
