The premium jacquard mesh is engineered to provide a secure, structured fit while maintaining excellent breathability. The knit tongue wraps the foot in a comfortable, locked-in fit, helping to prevent unwanted foot movement.
Midsole:
The new FF BLAST™ MAX foam is one of ASICS’ most energetic cushioning technologies, designed to deliver cloud-like landings and a responsive toe-off with every stride. The PureGEL™ technology in the heel is approximately 65% softer than standard GEL™, providing an exceptionally soft step-in feel. The OrthoLite™ X-30 sockliner adds cushioning and effective moisture management to help keep your feet fresh throughout your run.
Outersole:
Traction and durability are enhanced through refined sculpting and shaping, along with the use of an ASICS LO-HRD rubber heel pod. Additionally, the FluidRide™ outsole compound delivers a smoother, more responsive ride.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
