Yoga for Runners, Live Online

A yoga session for runners, live online via Zoom. Join Charlie for the morning class, to start your day.

This class draws on traditional yoga movement and postures, to help students centre the mind and body, and connect with the breath. The class will work through stretches, twists and breathing techniques, that systematically engage and release the whole body. Please wear comfortable clothing / gym wear (shorts / sports trousers and t-shirts / vests). These sessions are normally held inside our London shop – we are holding them online during this unusual time.

About Charlie

Charlie is a certified Yoga teacher, who teaches clients across London. A keen runner, Charlie completed the London Marathon 2013, raising funds for the charity, Shelter. He's also completed half marathons and 10K runs. The Yoga for Runners class combines Charlie's experience as a runner, with his expertise as a Yoga teacher, to create a class that stretches, restores and relaxes the body.
