The presents have been unwrapped, the parties have been attended and after all the merriment of Christmas you are now craving a good workout – yes, time to get back on track!

Alessandro Alviani from Nordic Balance has put together a special workout for us. Burn a tremendous amount of calories in a short time, boost the metabolism and give the whole body that push it needs to get over the holidays cheats.

Alessandro sustains that by using specific exercises and high intensity intervals. His workout is expected to burn not only several hundreds calories in less than an hour but also a few more hundreds post-exercise and raise the metabolic rate for a few a days. “Such a workout has a positive effect on hormones and lean tissues, and it’s a killer for fat and water retention.” That sounded very good to us.

Oops, we were about to forget: he also warned us that this won’t happen without breaking a sweat… but it will be fun!
