Chi Running is a proven technique that helps you move with greater energy efficiency and lower impact. By improving your form, you can run with less effort while reducing the risk of injuries caused by inefficient or high-impact movement.


What to Expect

Chi Running basics are taught over three one-to-one sessions (60 minutes each). You’ll receive personalised guidance tailored to your own running needs and any injury concerns.

These sessions focus on learning technique, so there's not a lot of actual running involved. If you have any concerns about your current fitness level / running capacity this is not an issue for the sessions, but something Balavan can advise you on should you wish. Everything is adapted to suit your needs.


How the Sessions Work

Balavan will guide you through a mixture of:

  • Demonstrations
  • Fun and engaging exercises
  • Technique drills
  • Video analysis of your running form for clear, personalised feedback
