A 60-minute taster session designed for runners looking to improve performance

  • Whether you are just starting out, or an experienced runner this workshop will be of huge benefit. 
  • Learn how to run faster, for longer and without constant injuries.
  • This is not a workshop designed around fitness but on technique.
  • Mobility - A range of exercises that are key aspects of running performance 

Lynne is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and founded Edinburgh City Personal Training almost 7 years ago. Initially based at Edinburgh University Sport and Exercise gym she is now at Energy gym in Edinburgh. She has accrued a wealth of experience from working with a wide range of endurance athletes and runners. These have included beginner runners, experienced club runners, triathletes, OCR enthusiasts, ultra runners and injured runners. Helping injured runners get back to the activity they love is an area that she has studied and has special interest in.

The workshop will for the most part be practical, enabling you to take away lots of exercises that you can start using and benefiting from immediate following the event. There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions throughout and during a Q and A session at the end of the workshop.
