What’s New?
The midsole has been upgraded with more ZipFoam™ cushioning, giving you a softer, more comfortable landing and absorbing impact as you run. The heel-to-toe offset has also been increased to 5mm, with extra foam underfoot to give you a little more comfort when you land and help create a smoother, more natural transition at toe-off. So, whether you’re running on the road or heading onto the trails, your feet get that lovely, cushioned feel and a smooth stride.
The upper has also been improved with softer materials and Topo’s foot-shaped fit, giving your toes more room to spread and move naturally. It feels comfortable and relaxed through the forefoot, while the mesh keeps things breathable so your feet can stay cool as the miles build up. There’s also a more durable TPU reinforcement around the toe box, giving you extra protection where you need it most. And, with more recycled plastic now used in the upper, it’s a small step towards making the shoe a little kinder to the environment.
At the heel and forefoot, you’ll also find Velcro attachment points that work with Topo gaiters, should you need them.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
