Balanced electrolytes provide the salts required to keep you hydrated and prevent muscle cramps. The Go electrolyte formula is mixed at the optimal concentrations of carbohydrate (36g as a 6% solution), Sodium (20 mmol/L) and fluid (500ml per serving) to maintain the energy levels, prevent dehydration and improve your performance as well as recovery.
