The Nike Zoom Rival Sprint is a unisex, entry-level spike designed for all sprint events from 60m to 400m, including hurdles. It features a newly-designed lightweight spike-plate that delivers a snappier, more aggressive feel to power your sprinting performance.

Upper:
The updated upper features a midfoot band to provide an ultra-lightweight, locked down fit. The durable, reinforced yet lightweight mesh offers the key elements necessary to tackle track bends without losing power and efficiency.
Midsole:
A redesigned three-quarter-length spike plate, crafted from sturdy yet lightweight materials, helps keep sprinters on their toes and drives powerful forward momentum. A thin layer of responsive midsole foam offers subtle impact protection and a snappy, energised feel underfoot.
The added rubber under the heel absorbs impact if you land at the heel, offering reassurance when you’re tiring during a tough training session. It's also useful during recovery between reps.
Outersole:
Six replaceable spikes deliver excellent traction across all track surfaces. The lightweight ceramic aluminium plate enhances durability while keeping the shoe fast and agile.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
