Every element of the Nike Zoom Rival Multi spike is built for versatility. Designed for a wide range of track events—from sprints and middle to long-distance, jumps and hurdles—it adapts to your training and competition needs. Ideal Use:
Designed for middle to long-distance track events, as well as jumps, hurdles, and both training and racing on the track.
Upper:
This latest incarnation of the Rival Multi has a super-lightweight, soft one-piece mesh upper. One piece means no stitching so less likelihood of rubbing even if worn without socks. The extra reinforcements on the upper increase durability. An internal midfoot arch band locks the foot down safely for a snug, secure fit.
Midsole:
The updated spike plate now extends three-quarters of the length of the shoe, crafted from a stiffer yet lightweight material to keep you on your toes and enhance propulsion for increased speed.
Added heel cushioning offers comfort and support across short and middle distances, as well as in hurdles and jumps. It provides impact protection, durable traction, and control for braking after the finish line.
Outersole:
The six removable spikes on the spike plate are a ceramic-aluminium blend for la onger lifespan.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
