Description
Women's Hoka Speedgoat 5 is lighter and with an improved grip, to offer a smooth ride on hazardous trails. The new double-jacquard mesh is soft and breathable, shaped for a secure, locked-in fit. The revised Vibram® Megagrip outsole delivers a stronger, more durable grip.

In the Speedgoat 5, Hoka have kept the best features of the previous version: the early stage Meta-Rocker, and low 4mm offset provide a silky-smooth gait cycle. The new feather-light midsole compound makes this excellent trail running shoe even lighter.
The upgraded double-jacquard upper and laces are made from recycled materials to support the environment. The new technical mesh upper is more flexible, engineered to provide a precise fit and keep your feet in a soft, secure hold. It also ventilates your feet to keep them dry.
The trademark of durability and premium traction, the Vibram® Megagrip outsole features improvements, to deliver you the best grip over the toughest trails. The reinforced toe bumper protects your toes.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
