Zero Xtreme is a light and refreshing caffeine electrolyte drink with zero calories that helps you to stay hydrated during intensive training or in hot summer months. It contains Sodium, Magnesium and Potassium that are essential for the right electrolyte balance, which prevents dehydration, hyponatremia, muscle cramping and reduces tiredness and fatigue. Each tablet also contains 75mg of caffeine which equals one cup of coffee to help increase your concentration and focus. That's why Zero Xtreme is not only suitable for sport activieties but also during long drives, long study or work sessions. It is also high in Vitamin C which is necessary for a healthy immune system and also helps to reduce fatigue.
Simly pop a tablet in a 500ml bottle of water, wait for it to fizz away and then drink. The drink has a light, refreshing taste. You can break the tablet in half or use two tablets for a stronger taste. You can drink up to 3 tablets a day, depending on need.
