Description
Launch GTS 10 is the supportive daily training option in Brooks' Speed category of lighter, faster and more responsive running shoes. We recommend this running shoe to customers who prefer more of a spring and responsive sensation through their stride, less of the maximum cushioned feel that’s predominant at the moment. The DNA cushioning protects you from impact forces whilst providing that efficient and responsive roll-through. The effective GuideRails® support encourages a neutral and smooth stride motion. The re-engineered knit upper wraps around your foot to give a great hold and comfort whilst also keeping your feet ventilated.
Details
The trusted GuideRails® support system sit just above the midsole and extend a little way up into the upper on the inside and outside of the shoe. This prevents the arch from rotating too far inwards and keeping the foot in its optimum position to help with injury prevention.
The new upper is made from a one-piece mesh with an internal bootie for ventilation and comfort. Additional structure of Speed Heel collar helps to avoid any irritation on the Achilles.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
