Upper:
The engineered warp knit upper is designed to provide breathability, allowing air to flow through and keep your feet cool and dry. The material is also highly flexible, enabling a natural range of motion and accommodating the shape of your foot. The upper remains soft and gentle against your feet, providing a comfortable and irritation-free experience. Whether you're engaging in high-intensity activities, ultra-running or just walking around, the knit upper provides a comfortable and adaptable fit.
Midsole:
The midsole of Glycerin 21 is designed to provide enhanced comfort due to the super-soft, nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 foam. This cushioning technology is not only lightweight but also responsive and durable, ensuring a plush and comfortable feel with every step. It offers a softer landing and smoother transition during running or walking. Additionally, the nitrogen infusion in the cushioning makes this excellent trainer lightweight and enhances the overall performance and comfort of the midsole.
Outersole:
New RoadTack rubber incorporates recycled silica, making it a sustainable option for road running. This type of rubber is not only eco-friendly but offers various benefits in terms of its lightweight and durability.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
