The shape of the upper has been tweaked for a close-to-foot shape which holds your foot well and feels secure. It also has good airflow and ventilation to keep your feet cool and comfortable over longer runs.
Anti-pronation support is provided by the new FLUIDSUPPORTTM technology that adapts to your changing biomechanical needs through each stride, so it guides your gait cycle and adapts as your stride changes due to fatigue, protecting you through every run and leaving you with the feeling of smoothness. The combination of FF BLAST PLUS and FF BLAST MAX foams is a little lighter and feels both soft and responsive, so you don’t feel like the plush cushioning is slowing you down.

The ASICSGRIP™ is a special outsole material that provides excellent traction on the roads. It is combined with AHARPLUS™ which is super durable. These materials are placed in key areas on the outsole so you can enjoy improved grip and softness without sacrificing abrasion resistance.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
