Learn how to run in a more graceful and fluid way by using the deep core muscles, working with gravity, improving your breathing and increasing the flexibility of your spine. Applicable to all levels of runners from beginner to advanced.

By unlocking our deeper intrinsic movements we can start to move in a more fluid, connected and intergrated way. By working as close to the source of the movement as possible we can correct movement patterns before they cause problems and injuries. By relaxing the outer core your movements will start to flow from the deep core and spine, to and increase the sense of fluidity, rhythm and control you have over your body.
We work on improving your breathing as you run, the synchronous contralateral movement of your hips and pelvis and how to work with gravity rather than against it. The result will be a more relaxed, fluid and efficient running technique.
