Known for its soft cushioning, snug feel and simplistic overall design, the Ghost 15 is a great option as a traditional daily running shoe.
After trying them on in the house for about 30 minutes, the shoes felt fine in terms of comfort and fit – so I went outside to test them out further. I predominantly focus on landing on my midfoot and so because of the slightly firmer midsole cushioning, I found these shoes to feel very comfortable. This showed me that due to more of a natural stability, I was able to toe off more confidently (with the segmented crash pads on the outsole).
These shoes also function well for standing and walking around in due to the construction of the midsole, which is a little firmer but not overall soft. This felt comfortable as I have slightly fallen arches, but don’t require much support during heavy impact running.
The Brooks Ghost 15 is a shoe that is suitable for those who require a consistent, traditional and smoother ride for their runs. It provides all the necessities for a neutral running shoe. Give them a try!
