Thera-Band Resistance Band

These resistance bands are a great aid for improving muscle strength and range of motion. Different colours mean different resistance levels: red band provides medium resistance (5 pounds of force when stretched to 150% of its length); green provides a heavier resistance of 6.5 pounds and they are both suitable for hip/knee exercises - so great for runners that want to strengthen these areas. Blue band provides the heaviest resistance (with 9 pounds of force) and is great for people who already work out regularly and are looking for a higher resistance training.
