The upgraded mesh upper is lightweight, soft, and precisely engineered to provide a comfortable, snug fit that minimises friction. Its breathable construction ensures optimal airflow to keep your feet cool and fresh throughout your runs.
Midsole:
The new Nitrogen-Infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT midsole features a lightweight foam that delivers perfectly balanced cushioning with a responsive, soft feel. It absorbs road impact effectively, enabling a smoother, more comfortable running experience.
The anatomically designed Wave Plate follows the natural shape of your foot, promoting smooth weight transfer from ground contact to toe-off. Positioned between two layers of plush cushioning, the plate helps reduce excessive inward rolling of your arches, maintaining proper body alignment and a natural running posture.
Outersole:
The X10 carbon rubber outsole offers outstanding durability and traction. Its construction extends the lifespan of the shoe whilst ensuring reliable grip and stability on any road surface.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
