Upper:
The new warp-knit upper has been enhanced for a better fit and improved breathability. Additionally, the tongue is crafted from softer material and the heel collar has been refined for a comfortable, secure fit.
Midsole:
The dual-density midsole, featuring a PEBA top layer, gives a soft landing and responsive push-off. A Pebax® propulsion fibre plate is embedded between two layers of lightweight cushioning, ensuring powerful forward propulsion with every stride you take. It drives you through your stride and onto your toes, accelerating your pace. Meanwhile, the MetaRocker™ system guides your feet forward, enhancing propulsion and maximising running efficiency.
Outersole:
The compression-moulded sticky rubber with anti-slip is strategically placed on high-wear areas of the outsole to extend the lifespan of this great shoe.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
