Upper:
The GORE-TEX Invisible Fit waterproof membrane upper is truly flexible, which is somewhat rare in GORE-TEX uppers. It is also lightweight and precisely contoured for a great fit. Keep your feet dry and comfortable in any wet condition, while enjoying secure, all-day comfort on any terrain. In addition, the 3D screen-printed toe cap is made from durable materials to provide additional protection. Heel loop for easy pull on and off.
Midsole:
The highly technical EVA midsole effectively absorbs impact from running or walking on any surface, providing soft cushioning for enhanced comfort with every step.
Outersole:
The multi-directional grip has been redesigned to provide enhanced traction across any road or trail surface. With a lug depth of 4mm, it delivers excellent grip on a variety of terrains.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
