Fit: You can wear the flip belt either on the waist or hips depending on which is more comfortable for you.
How to measure:
Waist: measure around your natural waist line, which is the smallest area of the waist.
Hips: stand with your feet together. Keeping your measuring tape straight and parallel to the floor, measure around the fullest part.
S = Waist 66-74cm/26"-29"
M = waist 74-81 cm/29"-32"
L = waist 81-89 cm / 32"-35"
