Description
Clif Shot Energy Gel provides quick energy to runners while racing and training. The fast acting energy source comes from the combination of maltodextrin and dried cane syrup. Clif gels have fewer ingredients (that's a good thing, not a bad thing) than other brands and more of what your body needs for training and recovery. You can take one gel 15 minutes prior to a race and 1-3 per hour during to sustain your body's energy levels. The consistency is slightly thicker than in most other gels so it's good to take them with a mouthfull of water.

- Flavours containing caffeine (from green tea): Citrus (25mg), Mocha (50mg) and Double Expresso (100mg). Chocolate contains naturally occuring caffeine from cocoa (7mg/gel)
