The extra wide 2E fit of Dyad 11 offers extra width to runners with broad feet. So your toes can spread and move. The new seamless upper provides structure and enhances breathability.
The Dual Arch Pods is Brooks' innovative arch stability. It consists of two pods moulded into the midsole in the arch area and provides guidance for your feet as they move through each stride. Alongside the wide platform, Dyad 11 offers natural stability without an intrusive feel.
The BioMoGo DNA technology is a blend of BioMoGo and DNA cushioning. The materials in the BioMoGo cushioning are nontoxic, supporting anaerobic microbes to munch away 50 times faster when it hits an active, enclosed landfill. The BioMoGo DNA also adapts to your weight, speed and stride and lessens the impact from running.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
