Upper:
The breathable upper ensures a secure fit whilst keeping your feet cool. The innovative tongue design and padded heel collar work together to lock the foot in place, providing both comfort and enhanced protection.
Midsole:
The AMPLIFOAM foam and GEL technology are thoughtfully integrated into the midsole, enhancing cushioning and providing a plush, soft landing with every step. These advanced materials work together to deliver superior comfort throughout running or other activities.
The removable insole can be replaced with an orthotic if needed. New environmentally friendly dyeing processes have been used in the production of the sock-liner: carbon emissions have been reduced by approximately 45%, water usage by approximately 33%.
Outersole:
The non-marking outsole is specially designed also for indoor use. Its anti-slip properties help ensure the safety of young runners by providing superior grip on road surfaces.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
