This free event brings together expert retail knowledge, professional physiotherapy insight, and Pilates-based recovery training to give runners of all levels a unique opportunity to learn how to improve performance, prevent injury and support long-term recovery.
Participants will gain practical tips, hands-on guidance, and expert advice - designed to help runners get more out of every mile. To keep the momentum going, the collaboration will also feature a limited-time promotional partnership, encouraging runners to continue their training, recovery, and support with both Karve Transformer Pilates and Run and Become. 🏃♂️✨
18:30 – Welcome & Introduction
Guests arrive at Karve Transformer Pilates Studio, where the Karve team will welcome everyone and give a short introduction to the evening. The Karve studio is located right next to Run and Become.
18:40 – Expert Talk & Product Insights
The team from Run and Become will share expert advice on choosing the right running shoes, understanding technical running clothing, and how gait analysis can help improve your running experience.
Special Guest Insight
Physiotherapist Barry Crane will also provide practical tips on injury prevention and discuss some of the most common issues runners face.
19:10 – 5km Community Run
We’ll head out for a relaxed 5km community run, starting and finishing at Karve. The route will be suitable for a range of abilities and will be guided by the Karve team.
19:45 – Pilates Recovery Session
After the run, the Karve instructors will lead a short Pilates-based recovery session, designed specifically for runners. The session will focus on core stability, hip mobility, and post-run recovery.
20:10 – Refreshments
Informal refreshments and opportunity for guests to connect with both teams. Protein shakes, Bananas and Energy Bars – the perfect recovery boost 🥤
20:30 – Event Close
