Chi Running is a tried and tested technique which can make your running more energy efficient and low impact. This means you can run with less effort and also helps to avoid injury caused by inefficient and high impact running.
The Chi running basics are usually taught in a group workshop or individually in a three hour one to one session. Most people do the one to one sessions in two 90 min sessions (total 3 hours).
In the one to one sessions you will get individual attention for your own running needs and any injury problems you might have.
You will not be doing lots of running (contrary to what you might imagine) so your level of fitness is not an issue and the session will be geared to your level of fitness.
