S/M: 1.8cm
L/XL: 2.5cm
For a foot size between 4 and 8UK, toe cap S/M will be perfect for the big toe. 9UK up should go for L/XL for the big toe. For the rest of the toes the XS is the best for most sizes - silicon is stretchy and moulds to toes nicely. The S/M is quite a big circumference with 1.8cm but there is nothing in between XS and S/M.
