Description
The Peregrine 13 is constructed to provide you with a trusted training companion on even the toughest of trails. This outstanding neutral off-road running shoe features Saucony's PWRTRAC outersole which offers exceptional grip over varied trail terrain. The bouncy PWRRUN midsole offers great comfort from the first step to the last. This latest version is a few grams lighter than its predecessor. It is also more environmentally aware, using bio-based materials in the midsole and recycled fabric in the upper.

The improved PWRRUN midsole is lighter. It provides energy return to give you exceptional cushioning while at the same time diminishing impact on hard surfaces. The built in rock guard ensures that sharp stones underfoot will not affect you, allowing you to run long distances in comfort.
The breathable upper is completely seamless. The reinforcement of the toe bumper delivers extra protection. The two additional loops connect the midsole with the upper to offer you a more secure wrap-in comfort fit through the midfoot.
Super durable PWRTRAC rubber on the outersole with deep lugs promote outstanding traction on any trail terrain.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
