SIS Go + Caffeine Gel

SIS Go + Caffeine gels are designed to give you isotonic energy as well as a mental and physical kick from the added caffeine. There is no need to drink water as they are already diluted in the correct ratio for a fast and easy absorbtion and minimise the risk of bloating from over-drinking. Supplying your body with carbohydrates during exercise improves performance and delays fatigue, as well as shortens recovery times. Each gel contains 22g of carbohydrate and 75ml of caffeine (150mg in case of Double Espresso). The caffeine not only helps to keep your mind more focused but also slightly expands blood capillaries, delivering more nutrients and stimulation to active muscles. These gels are really useful on longer runs or races but we would recommend that you don't take too many of them but mix them up with regular ones - if you're planning on consumming 4 gels then take 2 regular and 2 of these or 1 Double Espresso.
