Polar OH1+ is an optical heart rate monitor that combines versatility, comfort and simplicity. As accurate as a chest strap, but you can wear it on your upper arm, forearm or even on your temples attached to your swimming goggles. It can be used as standalone device or paired with fitness apps, sports watches and smart watches, thanks to Bluetooth® and ANT+ connectivity. It comes with armband, swimming goggle strap clip and USB charger.
