Drink Mix 320 is the most carbohydrate-rich sports drink available on the market with each serving delivering a massive 80 grams of carbs as well as essential salts (electrolytes) to replenish those lost through your sweat and keep your muscles working at their best. Each serving is mixed with 500ml of water for a taste-free (sweet thought ;)) drink that is free from colours and preservatives and can be consumed before, during or immediately after exercise.

The 5 ingredients are: Maltodextrin, Fructose, Pectin, Sodium Alginate (from seaweed) and Sodium Chloride (Salt) – nothing more and nothing less than what’s needed.
Both Drink Mixes (160 and 320) are built on hydrogel technology. When mixed with water, you get a sports drink that contains a high concentration of Maltodextrin and Fructose.
