Sri Chinmoy Speedy Steeds 5K, 2025

Congratulations to everyone who competed on Tuesday evening, with a massive congrats to our new British Record holder for Women's Vet 60 5K, Clare Elms. She broke the record by 2 seconds, finishing in a stunning 18:20. Seyfu Jamaal impressed everyone again with a super swift 14:31 to take victory, whilst Adedeji Oluwatosin set a new PB with 14:54, taking second place. Helen Gaunt stormed to 16:40, placing first woman. SLH juniors performed fantastically, with Gabriella Booth placing first girl U16 and Wilfred Hughes first boy U16 in an impressive 16:51.
