The new HyperBolt™ bio-based midsole delivers the same high levels of comfort and performance you'd expect from a premium running shoe, but in a more environmentally friendly package. Made with nitrogen-infused bio-based foam, it's lightweight, absorbs impact, with cushioning that feels responsive rather than overly soft.
What really sets it apart is its energy return. Compared with an average running shoe, the HyperBolt™ midsole returns up to 60% more energy at this stack height, meaning more of the energy you put into each stride is given back to you. The result is a springier, more responsive ride that helps you feel fresher over longer distances.
The reengineered TreadlightMT outsole is designed to provide confident grip and stability on any road surface. Inspired by the precision engineering of Formula 1 tire technology, its rubber design helps improve traction while providing extra support through the midfoot, so you can feel secure whether you're running on wet or dry roads.
The outsole has also been redesigned using less rubber, reducing the overall weight of the shoe without compromising durability.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR RUNNING SHOES
Your running shoe size will generally be 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger than your regular (‘dress’) shoe size. Bear in mind also that one foot can be slightly bigger than the other.
LENGTH
First, kick your foot back into the heel of each shoe before checking how much space is left at the front. When standing in each shoe with your full weight on the foot, it’s best to have between half and a full thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
WIDTH
When standing in the shoe, it’s best to have a little wiggle room for the toes, but the back of heel should still feel nicely secure.
SPIKES
Sprint spikes are best when a close fit. Distance spikes best when up to a half a thumb's width between the end of the longest toe and the end of the shoe.
